Angel F. Leal, Jr. P.A. is a full service law firm. Within the context of immigration law, we are a nationwide law firm. We are most well known for providing legal services in every aspect of United States Immigration Law; such as Immigrant and Non-immigrant Visas, Corporate and Business Immigration, Extension and Change of Status, Adjustment of Status, Lawful Permanent Residence (Green Card), Removal (formerly Deportation and Exclusion) Defense, and Naturalization. <\/p>\r\n

Angel F. Leal, Jr. P.A. represents clients before the United States Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”) and its agencies: United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (\u201dUSCIS\u201d), the Administrative Appeals Office (\u201dAAO\u201d), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (“ICE”), and Customs and Border Protection (“CBP”). We represent clients before the United States Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review (“EOIR”), specifically before the United States Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals (\u201dBIA\u201d). We also prepare employment-based visas and appear before the United States Department of Labor and the Backlog Elimination Centers in Philadelphia and Dallas. We represent clients who require consular processing and appear before the United States Department of State and various U.S. Consulates. We appear before all other relevant federal agencies.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Immigration law is federal law. We provide legal services to clients in all 50 States. Our immigration work includes written petitions, applications, including all waiver applications, legal briefs and memorandums. We attend all immigration court hearings and immigration interview appointments with our clients.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

In Florida, our firm also handles residential and commercial real estate closings, sales and purchases of business, commercial and residential evictions, formation of corporations, wills and trusts, divorces, family law cases, personal injury matters, traffic ticket defense, foreclosure defense, and all civil matters.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
